We are looking for Senior Business Analyst and the role involves identifying and analysing business needs, gathering and documenting detailed requirements, and serving as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams.

Job Profile :

Location : Mohali.

Qualification : B.Tech/ MCA.

Min. Experience (in Yrs) : 8.

Role & Responsibility :

- Analyse the business and system requirements from various project documents, including BAR (Business Analysis Report), project scope, and proposals.

- Continuously assess and improve development processes, tools, and workflows to increase team efficiency, collaboration, and code quality.

- Advocate for the adoption of new tools, practices, or methodologies when appropriate.

- Coordinate with all departments to ensure that tasks are completed promptly and meet deadlines.

- Design user interfaces and wire frames to align with functional requirements and customer expectations.

- Discuss feasibility, scope, and technical details to ensure requirements are understood by both business and development teams.

- Document any changes or revisions to the initial requirements.

- Ensure changes are communicated and approved by the relevant stakeholders.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering on promises and maintaining a high level of service after the deal is closed.

- Ensure that the technical designs align with the functional specifications.

- Gather necessary process artifacts such as diagrams, charts, and reports.

- Collect configuration data from existing systems to analyse current workflows and processes.

- Gathering user feedback during testing phases.

- Identify and document dependencies between requirements, ensuring that interrelated components are clearly understood.

- Maintain clear, documented communication with stakeholders regarding requirement status and updates.

- Include meeting minutes, email correspondence, and formal reports to keep stakeholders informed.

- Record any issues, stakeholder constraints, and potential risks associated with each requirement.

- Review project scope, proposals, and other relevant documents to extract business requirements.

- Track and document the status of each requirement across various stages of the project life cycle.

- Verify that configuration data is correctly applied and test results from deployment meet functional requirements.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define features, set priorities, and ensure requirements are met.

- Work closely with the development team to validate the designs technical feasibility and functionality.

Technical Expertise :

- Data Flow Diagrams, Database design and modeling, Query Optimization, Responsive Design, SQL Writing, SRS/BAR Documentation, Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers, System Design Documentation, User stories and Use Case writing, Wireframing and Prototyping.

Soft Skills :

- English, Hindi, Regional Language, Verbal Communication, Written Communication.
