We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 78 years of proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process improvement, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements, and challenges.

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements and technology enhancements.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, QA, and Operations to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements.

- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

- Create business process models, user stories, and use case documentation.

- Support project lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

- Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking.

- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test scenarios and validating results.

- Continuously identify opportunities for business efficiency and innovation.

Required Skills :

- 78 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Consulting, or Product-based environments.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, and MS Office Suite.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
