We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

She/He will be an integral part of a growing product team with an opportunity to work and build a suit of product(s) and solutions for an impressive array of marquee brand companies that are strategically dependent on information and technology to grow their revenues on online marketplaces.

Requirements Responsibilities :

- Develop strong understanding of processes, data, tools & technology to effectively translate business to technology & vice versa and to be able to thought partner with clients to provide suitable recommendations to solve challenging business operations issues

- Define operational models for our clients with standard operating procedures, quality assurance quality checks, governance criteria, roles and responsibilities

- Lead major process enablement and transformation initiatives

- Manage and influence stakeholders across product/ business, tech and design teams to produce high-quality results

- Work on multiple client engagements, strengthening analytic, project management and business storytelling

Skills :

- Manage client relationships to ensure long-term strategic partnerships

- Participate in business and strategy development

- Develop a good understanding of various mathematical and statistical models related to the project to enable decision making

- Conceptual thinking and ability to find innovative ways to solve analytical problems

- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies

- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts

- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

- Automate data templates and reports

Desired Profile :

1. Growth Mindset and empathy with a flair for functional design and data storytelling

2. Prior experience into analytics, product or consulting (preferably client facing) would be an advantage

3. Strong business acumen and experience with e-commerce, retail or marketing analytics would be an advantage.

4. Good business acumen with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways and disseminate actionable insights

5. Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into the analytical framework

6. Ability to experiment with alternate analytical techniques to solve a problem

7. Proactive with strong organizational skills & the ability to prioritize and work on projects with great efficiency & attention to the details and ownership in taking things to completion

8. Exceptional written and verbal communication skill
