Role : Business Analyst

Location : Hyderabad(WFO)

Notice Period : Immediate 15 days

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirements & Documentation

- Gather, document, and update business and technical requirements.

- Maintain traceability between JIRA stories, PRs, and test cases.

- Own preparation of weekly QA and milestone reports.

- Agile Practices Support

- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and story refinement.

- Ensure user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and support developers/reviewers in maintaining Definition of Done (DoD).

- Track sprint-level commitments, update Planner/JIRA dashboards, and highlight gaps.

- Process & Governance Alignment

- Consolidate review documents and artifacts (DoR, DoD, Review docs) for submission to Qualcomm.

- Assist in monitoring recurring hygiene issues and documenting corrective actions.

- Prepare MoMs, action logs, and risk/issue trackers aligned to PMIs five process groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing).

- Reporting & Stakeholder Support

- Draft and circulate concise weekly updates (QA, milestones, resourcing).

- Monitor tracking sheets.

Key Skills/Experience :

- 4 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in Agile + hybrid delivery environments.

- Strong in documentation, reporting, and tooling (JIRA, MS Planner, Teams, Confluence, Excel/Power BI).

- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and PMI process frameworks.

- Excellent written communication (stakeholder-facing decks/reports).

- Ability to work across distributed dev/QA teams and ensure alignment.
