We are seeking a proactive and analytically sharp Senior Business Analyst with 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, operations strategy, or specialized supply chain analytics, based in Bangalore.

This role is crucial for driving strategic decision-making and optimizing supply chain performance. The analyst must have a strong command of data visualization and analysis tools and a proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that directly influence senior stakeholders and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Analysis and Project Leadership :

- Lead cross-functional projects from inception through completion, ensuring deliverables drive measurable business impact on operational efficiency and cost structure.

- Apply a deep understanding of supply chain concepts, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and cost levers to identify system bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.

- Utilize problem-solving frameworks such as Six Sigma or Lean principles to structure analysis and drive process improvement initiatives.

Data Analysis and Visualization :

- Maintain a strong command over Excel/GSheets for complex data manipulation and ad-hoc analysis.

- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using data visualisation platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders.

- Apply statistical analysis techniques to large datasets to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and validate strategic hypotheses.

Communication and Stakeholder Management :

- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders regarding strategic findings and recommendations.

- Maintain a proactive mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and clarity in execution, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver promised value.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Mandatory 1 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, operations strategy, or supply chain analytics.

- Data Proficiency : Strong command over Excel/GSheets and demonstrable expertise with at least one data visualisation platform (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).

- Domain Knowledge : Deep functional understanding of supply chain concepts, KPIs, and cost levers.

- Methodology : Familiarity with statistical analysis concepts and formal problem-solving frameworks (Six Sigma, Lean).

Preferred Skills :

- Coding & Modeling : Hands-on experience with R, Python, or SQL for advanced data analysis, transformation, and statistical modeling.

- Simulation : Exposure to simulation and supply chain design tools (e.g., AnyLogic).

- Environment : Experience operating in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
