Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at Almonds AI, you will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders. Your goal is to translate these needs into technical solutions that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria

- Analyze e-commerce processes, identify gaps, and suggest optimizations to improve customer experience

- Conduct market and competitor research to inform product strategy

- Assist in creating functional specifications for web and mobile platforms

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets business goals

- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to drive data-informed

decisions

Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years in e-commerce

- Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows : cart, checkout, order fulfillment, returns,

etc.

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Microsoft Office

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
