Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced BIOS Lead with strong expertise in x86 BIOS/UEFI firmware development, platform bring-up, boot flow architecture, and low-level firmware debugging. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BIOS codebases such as AMI, Insyde, Phoenix, coreboot, or EDKII and possess deep understanding of firmware interactions with hardware platforms.
Candidates with technical leadership exposure, BIOS architecture understanding, and platform enablement experience are highly preferred.
Mandatory Skills :
- 8 to 15 years of experience in x86 BIOS/UEFI firmware development
- Strong expertise in Embedded C programming
- Hands-on experience with x86 CPU/APU architectures

Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and debug BIOS/UEFI firmware for x86 platforms
- Work on platform bring-up and board enablement activities
- Support firmware integration, boot flow optimization, and performance tuning
- Debug low-level firmware and hardware interaction issues
- Collaborate with hardware, validation, and OS teams
- Participate in code reviews, firmware releases, and troubleshooting
- Support custom BIOS feature development and customer requirements
Educational Qualification :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Electronics or related field
- Masters degree is an added advantage
