About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Python and hands-on experience in Generative AI/Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, enterprise-grade APIs and applications, and the ability to design and deploy AI-powered solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for enterprise applications

- Build and optimize high-performance RESTful/GraphQL APIs

- Architect and implement microservices-based systems

- Work on end-to-end system design, including performance, scalability, and reliability

- Integrate and deploy Generative AI solutions into real-world applications

- Develop and manage AI agents/agentic workflows

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, DevOps)

- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices
