We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer (Security) to design and build secure, scalable backend systems focused on cryptographic intelligence. This role involves developing core services for cryptographic asset discovery, risk assessment, and secure data processing, while integrating with enterprise security platforms and cloud environments. The ideal candidate brings strong backend expertise along with hands-on experience in security engineering, distributed systems, and modern DevOps practices.

Roles and Responsibility :

- Design and develop secure backend services and APIs for cryptographic asset discovery, inventory management, and risk assessment workflows

- Architect and build secure sensor systems deployable via endpoint agents or as standalone containerized modules

- Develop scalable data ingestion pipelines for cryptographic and IT system metadata

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and secure deployment processes

- Integrate backend systems with cloud platforms and enterprise security tools

- Collaborate on designing system architecture for high performance, scalability, and security compliance

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in security-focused or enterprise environments

- Strong proficiency in Python, , and Node.js

- Experience building secure APIs and distributed systems

- Experience integrating with external APIs and SDKs

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or similar platforms

- Strong understanding of SQL and graph-based data modeling

- Solid understanding of TLS/SSL, PKI, cryptographic protocols, and secure communications

- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Tanium, Tenable, CrowdStrike, or ServiceNow

- Experience working with Azure or similar cloud platforms

- Experience building or supporting risk scoring, prioritization, or analytics systems

- Exposure to AI/ML systems for classification, scoring, or decision support
