What You'll Own :

- Design and build scalable, production-grade backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Identify architectural bottlenecks and drive improvements for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Build high-throughput APIs with a strong focus on latency, performance, and resilience.

- Optimize complex PostgreSQL workloads through query tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis.

- Improve system efficiency using intelligent caching, concurrency control, and asynchronous processing.

- Enhance and scale Headless CMS architecture for high-volume content delivery.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to deliver reliable, cloud-native solutions.

- Influence technical direction through design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For :

- 6+ years of experience building scalable backend applications in cloud environments.

- Strong production experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience designing and optimizing Headless CMS architectures.

- Strong expertise in :

1. API Performance & Scalability

2. Concurrency & Asynchronous Processing

3. Caching Strategies (Redis or equivalent)

4. PostgreSQL Query & Index Optimization

5. Execution Plan Analysis

6. ORM Performance Tuning & Refactoring

- Strong foundations in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Distributed Systems.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
