About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to build scalable, high-performance server-side applications. The role involves designing backend architecture, developing APIs, and ensuring system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend systems and services

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

- Work with databases and ensure efficient data handling

- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in backend development

- Strong proficiency in any backend language such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar

- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

- Understanding of system design and scalability concepts

- Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
