Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems that power data-intensive applications. In this role, you will leverage NestJS and RESTful APIs to develop high-performance services while managing data ingestion, transformation, and curation pipelines that drive real-time charts, analytical dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS and Node.js.

- Build secure, well-documented, and high-performance RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.

- Develop robust data ingestion pipelines to collect data from multiple internal and external sources.

- Implement data transformation, validation, aggregation, and curation processes to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets.

- Design backend architectures that support real-time charting, reporting, and analytical dashboards.

- Optimize database performance, API response times, and system scalability.

- Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end features.

- Implement authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and error-handling best practices.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system reliability and performance.
