Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build scalable backend systems and distributed architectures.

- Drive technical roadmap, architecture discussions, and engineering best practices.

- Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs and microservices.

- Work extensively on Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Optimize systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Build secure fintech/crypto products involving payments, transfers, and wallet infrastructure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical excellence across teams.

- Ensure security-first engineering with AuthN, AuthZ, API Security, Encryption, and SAML concepts.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies in blockchain, fintech, and backend engineering.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years in Software Engineering

- Minimum 3 years in FinTech / Payments / Crypto Infrastructure

- Strong Backend Expertise in Java , GoLang, Python, C#, C++

- Cloud & DevOps : Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD Pipelines, DevSecOps

- Strong Understanding of Distributed Systems, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Scalability & Performance Optimization and High Throughput Systems

- Security & Crypto Knowledge :

1. Authentication (AuthN)

2. Authorization (AuthZ)

3. API Security

- Encryption

- SAML

- Blockchain Fundamentals

- RPCs

- Self-Custody Wallets
