Role Overview :

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the core server-side logic that powers our high-traffic applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps specialists, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. Your contribution will directly influence the scalability and reliability of our platforms, ensuring that our systems can handle increasing user loads while maintaining optimal response times.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable backend services to support high-concurrency applications and improve overall system throughput.

- Optimize existing algorithms and data structures to reduce latency and enhance the efficiency of data-intensive processes.

- Collaborate with the architecture team to design modular, maintainable system components that align with long-term business objectives.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality engineering standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to minimize downtime and maintain a seamless experience for end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ with a strong understanding of their respective ecosystems and performance tuning.

- Apply advanced knowledge of data structures and algorithms to solve complex computational problems and optimize system performance.

- Exhibit a strong grasp of system design principles, including microservices architecture, distributed systems, and database schema design.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and work effectively within a hybrid or on-site environment across our Hyderabad, Gurgaon, or Bangalore offices.

- Possess 2 - 4 years of professional experience in backend development, demonstrating a track record of delivering robust software solutions.

- Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, reflecting a solid foundation in software engineering principles.
