Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python

- Build and orchestrate agentic AI workflows using LangGraph and similar frameworks

- Develop and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for AI agent tooling

- Fine-tune and optimize large language models for specific use cases

- Architect scalable database solutions leveraging PostgreSQL and MongoDB

- Implement secure authentication and authorization systems using OAuth

- Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud infrastructure

- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional growth

- Collaborate with frontend teams working in React to ensure seamless integration

- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation

Requirement :

- Minimum 5 years of professional backend development experience

- Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask)

- Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks

- Experience developing and deploying MCP servers for AI agent integration

- Familiarity with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and LLM optimization techniques

- Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

- Solid understanding of OAuth and authentication/authorization protocols

- Experience deploying and managing applications on Azure

- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor engineering teams

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous consulting or client-facing technical experience

- Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases

- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic APIs

- Experience working with React-based frontend teams

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience with microservices architecture and API design principles

- Experience with agile development methodologies
