Senior Azure Administrator - Cloud Infrastructure

Were looking for a seasoned IT professional to lead Azure cloud infrastructure management within our Cloud Vertical.

Youll be responsible for designing, optimizing, and securing Azure environments, ensuring high availability, cost efficiency, and compliance.

This role demands strong technical expertise, hands-on DevOps experience, and a proactive approach to system administration and support.

Cloud Infrastructure Management :

- Design, implement, and manage scalable Azure cloud environments

- Administer Azure Entra, Elastic Pool databases, Cosmos DB, and NoSQL DBs

- Configure Docker containers, Azure Container Registry, and Kubernetes clusters

- Set up Key Vault, load balancers, vNETs, WAF, Site Recovery, and NextGen firewalls

- Automate cloud deployments and optimize resource utilization

System Administration :

- Manage servers, networks, and storage systems

- Enforce security policies and perform regular updates

- Conduct routine maintenance and performance tuning

DevOps & Automation :

- Configure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps

- Integrate GitHub/TFSV repositories and automate unit testing

- Use Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform for deployment automation

- Perform vulnerability scans with SonarQube

- Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot for script automation

Technical Support :

- Troubleshoot deployment, network, and performance issues

- Maintain detailed documentation of processes and resolutions

Project Management :

- Support planning and execution of IT/cloud projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals

- Maintain project documentation and stakeholder updates

Compliance & Governance :

- Ensure adherence to cloud security and compliance standards

- Maintain documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years in cloud infrastructure and IT support

- Proven expertise in Azure cloud services

- Strong grasp of virtualization, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Proficient in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting

- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation

- Familiar with firewall, VPN, and network protocols

- Knowledge of DBMS, backup/recovery solutions

- Experience with GitHub Copilot preferred

Preferred Certifications & Tools :

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator / Certified Solutions Architect

- Monitoring tools : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack

- Compliance : GDPR, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 27001
