Senior AWS Solution Engineer/Architect - ETRM/OpenLink

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AWS Solutions Engineer / Architect to design, deploy, and manage ETRM (OpenLink Endur) platforms in the AWS cloud environment. The role involves leading cloud migration, infrastructure automation, and application modernization initiatives for energy trading and risk management systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage Endur environments on AWS.

- Lead cloud migration and modernization of on-prem Endur platforms.

- Utilize core AWS services : EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, etc.

- Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages (Python, Groovy, Shell).

- Implement Kubernetes-based deployments for scalability and high availability.

- Integrate Endur with energy exchanges and market data providers.

- Ensure performance, security, and compliance within the AWS ecosystem.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support trading and risk modules.

- Apply DevOps practices and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and services.

- Experience with ETRM / OpenLink Endur systems.

- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools Terraform, Ansible.

- Experience in containerization and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of Python, Groovy, and Shell scripting.

- Strong understanding of cloud security, performance tuning, and cost optimization.

- AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification preferred.

- Experience in energy trading or commodity markets is a plus.
