- Manage, operate, and troubleshoot AWS networking components including VPCs, subnets, route tables, security groups, NACLs, Transit Gateway, and VPC peering to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.

- Monitor and support hybrid connectivity solutions such as Site-to-Site VPN, Client VPN, and AWS Direct Connect, including incident resolution, performance tuning, and coordination with service providers.

- Implement and maintain network security, routing, and high availability best practices, supporting change, incident, and problem management processes in line with operational SLAs.

- Support DevOps practices by designing, deploying, and maintaining AWS networking infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines for automated and repeatable deployments.

- Deploy, manage, maintain all internal and external facing network, security and monitoring systems and their associated components.

- Interpret the activity of logs where required and take the appropriate action to mitigate identified issues.

- Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to investigate and recommend protection services and products before presenting such recommendations.

- Provide level 2-3 technical network and security support to internal and external customers to support the existing 24/7 operational environment including on-call roaster once in a month.

- Utilize the existing ITSM Change Control management system to plan and implement required changes to the Client security related systems where required.

- Certification or working toward certification in end CCNP Network or Security.

- A comprehensive understanding of network security principles end practice
