Senior AWS DevOps Engineer

Job Title : Senior AWS DevOps Engineer (Lead Experience Preferred)

Location : Noida, India

Work Mode : Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AWS DevOps Engineer with 5-7.5 years of experience, including hands-on leadership exposure, to drive scalable, secure, and automated cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, CI/CD, and container orchestration, along with the ability to lead DevOps initiatives, mentor engineers, and enhance delivery efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and manage scalable AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda)

- Lead and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient build and release cycles

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation

- Drive containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

- Establish robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)

- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and system reliability

- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment workflows

- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and guide DevOps best practices

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a strong ownership mindset

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-7.5 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering

- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS (Amazon Web Services)

- Experience with :

1. CI/CD : Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI

2. IaC : Terraform / CloudFormation

3. Containers : Docker

4. Orchestration : Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

- Solid understanding of :

1. Networking (VPC, Load Balancers, Subnets)

2. Linux systems and scripting (Bash / Shell / Python)

3. Version control systems (Git)

- Experience with monitoring tools : Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch

- Familiarity with microservices architecture

Leadership & Ownership Expectations :

- Proven experience in leading DevOps initiatives or owning critical platforms

- Ability to define and implement DevOps strategies and automation frameworks

- Strong ownership of release engineering, deployment pipelines, and system reliability

- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
