Job Summary :

Experienced AWS Cloud Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud architecture, migration strategies, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement highly scalable, reliable, and secure AWS cloud architectures

- Lead cloud migration initiatives (on-premise to AWS)

- Define and enforce best practices for cloud architecture, security, and governance

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams

- Optimize cloud costs and performance

- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform)

- Ensure compliance with security standards and policies

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams

- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as : EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFront

- Expertise in cloud architecture design patterns and frameworks

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline)

- Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, Load Balancing)

- Experience in security best practices (encryption, IAM roles, compliance)

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS Certifications such as :

1. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional

2. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer

- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments

- Background in Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
