About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AWS Certified DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS, automation, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using best practices for scalability, security, and high availability

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (end-to-end automation)

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

- Optimize system performance, cost, and reliability across AWS environments

- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

- Monitor systems using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana

- Ensure security compliance (IAM, VPC, encryption, secrets management)

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement proactive solutions

- Collaborate with development, QA, and data teams for smooth deployments

- Mentor junior engineers and enforce DevOps best practices

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering

- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

- Must hold relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional )

- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

- Strong experience with Terraform / CloudFormation

- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)

- Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Solid understanding of networking (VPC, Load Balancers, DNS)

- Experience with monitoring/logging tools

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AWS Redshift, RDS, Lambda, Glue

- Knowledge of data pipelines and big data workflows

- Experience with multi-account AWS architecture & cost optimization

- Familiarity with security frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.)

- Prior experience in mentoring or leading DevOps teams

Nice to Have :

- Experience with multi-cloud (Azure/GCP)

- Exposure to serverless architecture

- Background in high-scale distributed systems
