Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automated test scripts and frameworks for SailPoint applications using Selenium and programming languages such as Java or Python.

- Perform IAM domain testing to validate key functionalities, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, access requests and approvals, certification campaigns, role and policy management, and connector or integration testing.

- Conduct API and backend testing for REST APIs to verify data integrity, security, and performance using tools such as Postman, Advanced Rest Client (ARC), or similar.

- Define and document comprehensive test strategies, plans, and requirements for automation, performance, and regression testing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve test issues by analyzing logs, automation reports, and using browser developer tools.

- Manage the complete defect lifecycleincluding accurate logging, tracking, and resolution of issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams during US business hours to communicate testing progress, issues, and improvements effectively.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IAM solution testing and automation script development.

- Strong understanding of SailPoint IIQ or IdentityNow frameworks and their testing methodologies.

- Proven expertise with Selenium WebDriver and automation tools.

- Experience in REST API testing, including working knowledge of JSON, SQL, and HTTP.

- Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities, including debugging through browser console and QA tools.

- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
