We are seeking a high-performing Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team immediately. This is a critical role requiring a proactive self-starter who can operate without oversight. The candidate must possess a unique blend of TOSCA expertise and custom coding skills in Selenium to manage and enhance our hybrid automation framework. They will be responsible for automating complex Flutter-based applications (Web, Android APK, and iOS) while handling multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) parallelly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Hybrid Framework Development : Design, create, and enhance existing hybrid automation frameworks using Selenium (Scripting) and TOSCA.

- Complex Application Automation : execute end-to-end automation for Flutter-based applications across Web, Mobile (Android APK), and iOS platforms.

- Advanced Tool Usage : Utilize TOSCA Vision AI for dynamic object recognition and handle complex test scenarios.

- N-0 Delivery : Achieve "N-0" automation (automating within the same sprint as development) to support agile delivery.

- Test Management : Create detailed Test Matrices, manage Test Data, and ensure 100% coverage of negative scenarios and edge cases using Jira.

- Quality Gatekeeping : Perform rigorous script reviews, enforce industry best practices, and drive process improvements across multiple LOBs.

- Collaboration : Work closely with Finance/Business teams and Developers. Must be able to articulate risks and status clearly (Excellent Communication required).

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Primary Tools : Extensive hands-on experience with TOSCA (including Vision AI) AND Selenium (strong scripting capabilities).

- Frameworks : Proven experience creating frameworks from scratch and enhancing existing Hybrid frameworks.

- Mobile Automation : Experience automating Flutter apps on Mobile endpoints (APK/iOS).

- Domain : Strong background in NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) or Banking/Finance domain.

- Process : Deep understanding of Agile, Sprint planning, and CI/CD integration.
