Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Test Engineer Salesforce with strong experience in Salesforce platforms and advanced automation expertise using Tricentis Tosca and Selenium or Playwright with Java or Python. The ideal candidate will lead automation efforts for enterprise Salesforce applications, integrations, and end-to-end business flows while driving test strategy, framework design, and continuous quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for Salesforce applications using : Tricentis Tosca, Selenium or Playwright (Java/Python)

- Automate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end Salesforce business scenarios.

- Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations.

- Validate Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.

- Perform backend and API automation along with data validation using SOQL and SQL.

- Build scalable automation frameworks and reusable libraries.

- Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines.

- Participate in requirement analysis, test design, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Execute automation runs, analyze results, and publish test reports.

- Manage test data and environments.

- Track and manage defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps.

- Mentor junior automation engineers and review automation deliverables.

- Drive QA best practices and automation standards.

- Support UAT and production validation activities.Optimize test automation strategies to improve efficiency and coverage.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers in automation and testing best practices.

- Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of overall QA experience with significant Salesforce testing exposure.

Strong hands-on expertise in :

- Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud

- Tricentis Tosca and Tosca certification.

- Selenium or Playwright using Java or Python

- Experience automating Salesforce UI and API-based workflows.

- Strong programming skills in Java or Python.

- Proficiency in SOQL and database validation.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Tricentis Tosca certification.

- Exposure to cloud-based applications.

- Experience with Salesforce integration testing.

- Leadership experience in QA or automation initiatives.

- Experience in performance testing tools.
