Job Purpose :

Responsible for end-to-end testing of Infotainment products, driving automation initiatives, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional and development teams to support daily build testing and release cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand customer requirements and translate them into feature-level test plans for execution.

- Design, review, and execute automation scripts, primarily using the Robot Framework.

- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, regression test suites, and map requirements to test cases.

- Execute all planned test activities including integration testing, system validation, and regression testing.

- Manage test-related documentation on GitHub/GitLab or similar repositories.

- Provide consulting support on test methodology, automation frameworks, and tools.

- Collaborate with developers to prepare and manage application testing packages.

- Participate in Agile release planning, estimation, and delivery processes.

- Provide QA feedback during design and development reviews; track and manage defects through to

resolution.

- Ensure integration testing is performed and all system components are versioned/documented properly in repositories.

- Support cloud-based application testing (added advantage).

Critical Experience & Qualifications

- 1012 years of automotive software testing experience, with 7+ years in automation scripting.

- Proven expertise in automation using Robot Framework within the automotive/infotainment domai- Strong experience in Android Infotainment system testing.

- Hands-on experience in integration testing and feature-level test planning (from scratch, including defining KPIs).

- Practical knowledge of SCM and project tools such as GIT, RTC, JIRA, XRAY, ClearCase.

- Proficiency with automotive tools such as CANalyzer and CANoe.

- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
