Senior Automation Engineer - UiPath & Playwright Testing

Job title : Senior Automation Engineer UiPath & Playwright

Experience : 5-10 years

Location : Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement a new, scalable UiPath regression automation suite from scratch.

- Build robust automation frameworks aligned with enterprise RPA standards.

- Set up and configure the UiPath Orchestrator (queues, triggers, schedules, robots, environments).

- Automate critical business flows with high accuracy and reliability.

- Ensure proper version control, logging, security, and documentation for all UiPath processes.

- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of UiPath workflows.

- Stabilize the existing Playwright E2E test suite, improving reliability and reducing flaky tests.

- Architect and implement 100+ new Playwright E2E test scenarios.

- Enhance the Playwright framework with utilities, helpers, parallel execution, reporting, and CI/CD integration.

- Maintain automated test pipelines in close collaboration with DevOps.

- Ensure high test coverage across UI, API, and end-to-end workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in test automation/RPA with strong expertise in both UiPath and Playwright.

- Hands-on experience building UiPath automation from scratch (framework + Orchestrator setup).

- Proven experience stabilizing and scaling Playwright-based E2E test frameworks.

- Strong programming/scripting skills (C#, VB.NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).

- Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, automation strategy, and agile methodologies.
