We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our team at Infopark, Kochi. This is a unique opportunity to work for a leading IT company based in New Zealand, where you will be instrumental in building and maintaining cutting-edge automation systems. You will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce manual processes, while also contributing to the design and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both from home and our office in Infopark, Kochi.

Responsibilities :

- Automation Strategy : Identify key opportunities across our software development lifecycle to reduce manual processes through strategic automation.

- Pipeline Design : Design and implement robust build and release pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.

- System Discovery & Prototyping : Lead the discovery, research, and prototyping of new

automation systems and tools to improve our engineering workflows.

- Technical Improvements : Drive technical improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing the performance, scalability, and maintainability of our automation systems.

- Deployment & Operations : Oversee software deployments and operations, ensuring seamless releases and high system availability.

- Maintenance : Maintain and troubleshoot existing software and automation systems to ensure their continuous operation.

- Code Quality : Conduct thorough code reviews and approve pull requests to ensure code

quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Skills Required :

- Experience : 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on automation.

- Automation Framework : Deep hands-on experience with Playwright.

- Programming Languages : Strong proficiency in TypeScript and C#.

- CI/CD : Extensive experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Problem-Solving : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to architect complex automation solutions.
