Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation frameworks and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Selenium and Florite, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain robust automation solutions for web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Florite.

- Build scalable automation frameworks for functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.

- Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios and automation coverage.

- Execute automated test suites and share detailed test reports.

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects in coordination with development teams.

- Improve test efficiency, coverage, and execution timelines through automation best practices.

- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines.

- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

- Mentor junior QA/Automation engineers and support team growth.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium automation.

- Experience working with Florite automation tools/frameworks.

- Good knowledge of Java / Python / C# for automation scripting.

- Experience with TestNG / JUnit / PyTest frameworks.

- Knowledge of API automation testing.

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent debugging and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

- Certifications in automation testing are an added advantage.

- Experience in performance testing is a plus.
