Job Summary

- We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in automation framework development. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Java (Java 11), Selenium, and modern testing practices, along with exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

Key Skills & Technologies :

- Strong experience in Java & Advanced Java (Java 11)

- Selenium with hands-on automation framework development

- Experience in testing RESTful Web Services & Microservices

- Strong understanding of Testing Concepts, SDLC & STLC

- MySQL / SQL with query writing and optimization knowledge

- Exposure to PL/SQL and Unix/Shell scripting

- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and AWS

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Java and Selenium

- Achieve and maintain high automation coverage for functional, regression, and integration test cases

- Automate testing for REST APIs and Microservices, ensuring reliability and performance

- Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure early defect detection

- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for continuous testing

- Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable insights for defect resolution

- Ensure test execution stability and reduce flaky test cases

- Optimize SQL queries and validate backend data during test execution

- Maintain test documentation, reports, and metrics for quality tracking

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best testing practices

Requirements :

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java Automation

- Proven experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
