Senior Automation Analyst - Python/Alteryx

Job Description :

We are seeking a GCB5 Automation Analyst with strong experience in Python-based automation, EUC remediation, and finance data operations.

The role focuses on reducing manual, spreadsheet-driven finance processes by building scalable, governed automation solutions using Python, Alteryx, SQL, and BI tools, with increasing adoption of AI-assisted automation.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and remediate End-User Computing (EUC) risks, especially Excel-heavy finance processes.

- Replace manual workflows with Python- and Alteryx-based automation.

- Build production-grade Python pipelines using Pandas and NumPy.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, error handling, and RTB support.

- Develop Alteryx workflows and SQL transformations (CTEs, window functions).

- Build Power BI / Tableau dashboards for finance and operational reporting.

- Work with finance datasets including transactions, reconciliations, credit, AR/AP, and revenue data.

- Support audit, controls, and governance requirements.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of total professional experience (strict requirement).

- Experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for automation.

- Strong experience in Alteryx Designer (workflow development).

- Knowledge of SQL (complex queries, transformations).

- Skills are Power BI and/or Tableau.

- Familiar with Finance / Banking / Risk / Audit / Financial Operations exposure.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- GenAI / ML-assisted automation.

- Azure Data Factory or similar orchestration tools.

- EUC governance and regulatory exposure.
