Job Title : Oracle HCM Consultant
Key Responsibilities :
- Oracle HCM Implementation : Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Module Expertise : Work with Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.
- Business Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
- Configuration and Testing : Configure Oracle HCM solutions, conduct testing, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Support and Maintenance : Provide support for Oracle HCM solutions, troubleshoot issues, and assist with ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
Required Skills :
- Oracle HCM Knowledge : Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, configurations, and best practices.
- Implementation Experience : Experience with Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business requirements and technical challenges.

Nice to Have :
