Role : Senior Associate Oracle CPQ (Implementation & BML Coding)

Experience : 6- 10 Years

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities :

- Work as part of a problem-solving team, driving Oracle CPQ implementations and customizations.

- Design, develop, and optimize Oracle CPQ solutions with strong expertise in BML coding.

- Apply critical thinking and bring structure to unstructured business problems.

- Extract insights from industry trends to support client transformation initiatives.

- Review deliverables (self and team) for quality, accuracy, and relevance.

- Delegate tasks effectively, providing coaching and stretch opportunities to junior team members.

- Apply the right tools and methods for each situation, articulating the rationale behind decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Must have :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ implementation with BML coding expertise.

- 6- 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle CPQ projects.

- Ability to work independently in remote setups and deliver client-focused solutions.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
