Job Description :

- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and MSTest.

- Design and implement performance tests using JMeter to assess system performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Manage the release regression testing process to ensure smooth and timely software deployments.

- Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

- Use Git for version control and maintain organized and efficient code repositories.

- Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with developers to resolve defects.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting best practices in test automation and performance testing.

- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

- Participate in team meetings, provide updates on testing progress, and report on testing metrics.

Required Skills And Experience :

- Proven experience in automation testing, particularly with Selenium and MSTest.

- Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter.

- Proficiency in C# programming language and xPath for test automation.

- Experience with SQL for database verification and testing.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management.

- Hands-on experience with version control systems, especially Git.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Experience in team management and leadership roles
