Senior Aruba Network & Wireless Engineer - Routing & Switching

Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Aruba Network & Wireless Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade wireless and network solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Aruba Wireless (ClearPass / CPPM) along with a solid foundation in Cisco routing and switching.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage Aruba-based wireless LAN and enterprise mobility solutions.

- Configure and troubleshoot Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) for network access control.

- Develop and optimize Aruba traffic flows and perform certificate-based authentication troubleshooting.

- Provide operations and maintenance support, handle incident and change management through ticketing systems.

- Lead and support LAN/WAN network design using Cisco routing and switching technologies.

- Conduct validation, testing, and deployment of wireless solutions.

- Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure high performance, reliability, and security of network infrastructure.

- Stay updated on the latest HPE-Aruba technologies, attending design reviews, workshops, and training sessions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years focused on networking.

- Strong hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless Solutions (ACMA, ACMP, or higher preferred).

- Proficient with ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) and network access control design.

- Solid knowledge of Cisco routing and switching.

- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, cloud networking, and wireless security.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Active Cisco CCNA certification (mandatory).

- Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP) and Aruba Wireless Certification (ACMA / ACMP) are highly preferred.
