About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs, along with proven expertise in deploying models in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end ML/DL models for real-world business problems.

- Develop solutions in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, business) to build scalable AI products.

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment on cloud platforms.

- Integrate AI/ML pipelines with modern MLOps practices.

- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and tools to bring innovation to projects.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL.

- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch and ML lifecycle management.

- Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs (LangChain, HuggingFace, VectorDBs, RAG).

- Cloud proficiency in AWS / Azure / GCP with deployment knowledge.

- Containerization and orchestration using Docker / Kubernetes.

- Experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.

- Experience with data engineering pipelines and ETL processes.

- Knowledge of model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning).

- Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects.
