Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in Generative AI to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in AI/ML systems and model development, along with hands-on experience in building and deploying GenAI solutions using modern frameworks and LLM technologies.

He will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to build AI-powered features and intelligent systems that enhance user experience and deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for real-world applications.

- Build and optimize solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate model performance.

- Work with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector databases.

- Integrate AI models into production systems and APIs.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert business problems into AI solutions.

- Conduct experiments, evaluate models, and continuously improve performance.

- Stay updated with advancements in GenAI, LLM frameworks, and AI tooling.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 8 years of experience in AI/ML development.

- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies.

- Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).

- Experience working with LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.

- Experience building RAG-based applications.

- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.

- Experience with API development and model deployment.

- Strong understanding of ML pipelines and model evaluation techniques.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Familiarity with Docker and scalable AI infrastructure.

- Experience building multi-agent AI systems.

- Knowledge of graph + vector hybrid retrieval architectures.

- Experience in traditional AI ML techniques for text processing use cases
