Position Overview :

- Train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor machine learning models to ensure performance and reliability.

- Develop and manage ML pipelines for experiments, models, and features.

- Implement A/B testing, model inferencing APIs, and performance optimization.

- Optimize GPU architectures, parallel training, and model fine-tuning for efficiency.

- Deploy and customize LLM (Large Language Model) solutions for various use cases.

- Ensure DevOps and LLMOps best practices using Kubernetes, Docker, and modern orchestration frameworks.

What Youll Do :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable machine learning solutions.

- Implement state-of-the-art techniques, including NLP, Generative AI, RAG, and Transformer architectures.

- Build and maintain data pipelines following best practices.

- Deploy and monitor ML models to ensure high performance and reliability.

- Conduct research to identify and apply emerging trends in AI and ML.

- Present insights, results, and recommendations to drive strategic decisions.

What You Need To Succeed :

- Masters degree or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related

field.

- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, software engineering, or data engineering.

- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.

- Solid programming experience in Python and JavaScript.

- Hands-on expertise in ML Ops and cloud deployment practices.

- Proven ability to collaborate with research and product teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.

- Passion for continuous learning and applying the latest AI advancements.
