Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in the entire lifecycle of AI/ML solution development, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and maintenance in a production environment. This role requires deep expertise in machine learning principles, a strong background in software engineering, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance AI systems.

Key Responsibilities :

AI/ML Solution Development :

- Design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and algorithms.

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle.

- Apply advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex business problems.

MLOps and Deployment :

- Implement MLOps principles to automate the CI/CD pipeline for machine learning models.

- Deploy AI models into production environments using technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Monitor model performance, and resource utilization, and ensure the reliability and integrity of deployed systems.

Research and Collaboration :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and evaluate new tools and frameworks.

- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Skills :

Programming & Fundamentals :

- 6-10 years of experience in a software engineering or AI/ML role.

- Expert-level proficiency in Python.

- Strong command of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

Machine Learning & Deep Learning :

- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Strong understanding of machine learning models, including supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Extensive experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their AI/ML services.

- Experience with MLOps practices and tools for model versioning, serving, and monitoring.

Data & Databases :

- Proficiency with SQL and experience with various database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with big data technologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with specific AI sub-fields such as Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.

- Knowledge of big data frameworks like Apache Spark.

- Relevant professional certifications (AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty).

- Experience with real-time data streaming technologies like Kafka.

- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
