Responsibilities :

As a senior AI Engineer in the Risk AI Applications team, you will :

- Design and develop AI applications that enhance the efficiency of the Firms Risk Management processes and help risk managers to gain new insights.

- Contribute to hands-on software development using Python and AI/ML models, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4.

- Collaborate and interact with risk managers, model reviewers, and other internal and external stakeholders.

- Operate as part of a global team.

- You will contribute directly as a hands-on developer while mentoring junior team members.

Required Skills :

- Over 5 years of relevant work experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related fields.

- Graduate degree in quantitative fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Mathematical Finance, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent.

- Proven track record of Python programming.

- Sound understanding of financial concepts and products.

- Keen interest in AI/ML concepts.

- Familiarity with modern development best practices, such as Unit Testing and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.

- Strategic mindset, good business sense and judgment, creative problem-solving skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both specialist and non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Desirable Skills :

- People management experience, including mentoring junior developers.

- Familiarity with AI models and their capabilities.
