Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Ariba Upstream Consultant to lead and deliver Ariba Upstream projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Ariba sourcing and contracts, hands-on experience in multiple E2E implementations, and the ability to manage client relationships and integrations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba Upstream implementations (Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, SIPM, etc.)

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, solution design, and configuration.

- Provide integration consulting with SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC) and third-party systems.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define processes, workflows, and best practices.

- Manage project delivery, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

- Mentor junior consultants and support mid-market client engagements.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 6- 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba Consulting, with a strong focus on Upstream modules.

- Minimum 4 E2E implementations in SAP Ariba Upstream.

- Solid understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes.

- Knowledge of integration approaches between Ariba and SAP ERP systems.

- Strong communication and client management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage mid-market client projects.
