Senior Architect - Veeva Vault Platform

Description :

We are looking for a Senior Architect Veeva Claims to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of the Veeva Claims solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end claims lifecycle from creation, substantiation, and approval to usage in marketing assets.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing, and QA to ensure compliance, scalability, performance, and traceability across all claims management processes.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Veeva Claims and related platforms, along with deep domain experience in consumer goods, cosmetics, or chemicals industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant Veeva Claims architecture.

- Lead end-to-end claims lifecycle management (creation, substantiation, approval, and usage).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing, QA) to align business processes.

- Ensure system compliance, traceability, and performance optimization.

- Integrate Veeva Claims with related systems (Veeva Vault, QualityDocs, PromoMats, CRM, etc.).

- Develop and maintain system documentation, design standards, and best practices.

- Support solution validation, testing, and deployment activities.

- Drive continuous improvement through automation, modernization, and user feedback.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams.
