Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Applied Scientist to drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that solve complex business problems.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize machine learning models, collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems, and provide technical leadership in applied research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms for real-world applications

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deploy scalable AI solutions

- Conduct research on state-of-the-art techniques and adapt them for business use cases

- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and inform model development

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency

- Mentor junior scientists and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams

- Document methodologies, experiments, and results for reproducibility and stakeholder communication

- Stay up-to-date with advances in AI/ML research and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java

- Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn

- Expertise in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms

- Strong statistical and mathematical modeling skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment

- Knowledge of data processing, feature engineering, and data pipelines
