Description :

We are looking for skilled and motivated developers with strong experience in at least one of the following platforms : Zendesk, Workato, Chargebee, or Workday.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working on enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, and business-critical systems in a remote, collaborative environment.

Candidates with experience across multiple platforms will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions using Zendesk, Workato, Chargebee, or Workday (any one or more).

- Build and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms, internal systems, and third-party applications.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Configure workflows, automations, APIs, and custom logic as required by the platform.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- Ensure security, performance, and reliability of implemented solutions.

- Participate in code/configuration reviews and follow best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of development or configuration experience in at least one of the following :

1. Zendesk (Support, Guide, Talk, APIs, custom apps, workflows).

2. Workato (recipes, connectors, API integrations, automation).

3. Chargebee (subscriptions, billing, invoicing, APIs, webhooks).

4. Workday (HCM, Financials, integrations, Studio, EIBs, reporting).

- Strong understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP, webhooks, and integration patterns.

- Experience working with cloud-based SaaS platforms.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

- Good communication skills and ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory) :

- Experience with more than one of the listed platforms.

- Exposure to middleware / iPaaS tools beyond Workato.

- Scripting or programming experience (JavaScript, Python, etc.).

- Experience in BFSI, SaaS, HR Tech, or Subscription-based businesses.

- Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy best practices.
