Join our team as an Appian Technical Lead / Solution Architect, where you'll drive technical strategy, mentor talented developers, and architect enterprise-grade BPM solutions that power business transformation.

What Youll Do :

- Lead architecture, design, and development of Appian-based systems at scale

- Mentor Appian developers and enforce development best practices

- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and platform upgrade strategies

- Integrate with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JWT, SSO/SAML, LDAP

- Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure system scalability & security

- Collaborate with business teams to transform requirements into technical solutions

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives)

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 10 years of IT delivery experience, with 5+ years in Appian leadership/architecture roles

- Deep hands-on expertise with SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites, Interfaces

- Strong experience in Appian AI Skills, RPA, Data Fabric, and plugin development

- Solid architectural knowledge of integration techniques and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders in Agile environments

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Appian Level 2 or Level 3 Certified (Lead Developer or Architect)

- DevOps/CI-CD experience with tools like Jenkins, Git, ANT

- Hands-on with automated deployment, Appian AI, RPA, Data Fabric

- Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a strong plus

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
