Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Appian Developer with 4 to 6 years of industry experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications on the Appian low-code platform.

This role requires a professional who can lead complex development tasks, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and efficient business process management (BPM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Appian Development : Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex business applications on the Appian platform. This includes creating and configuring process models, user interfaces, business rules, and integrations.

- Technical Leadership : Act as a subject matter expert for Appian, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. You will be responsible for ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

- Requirements Analysis : Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.

- Integration & Data Management : Design and implement integrations between Appian and other enterprise systems using web services (REST/SOAP), APIs, and plugins. You will also be responsible for managing data models and data synchronization.

- Performance Tuning & Optimization : Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of Appian applications to ensure optimal performance and stability.

- DevOps & Deployment : Participate in the full application lifecycle, from development to deployment. You will be familiar with deployment pipelines, version control, and release management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of professional experience as an Appian Developer.

- Extensive, hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications on the Appian low-code platform.

- Strong knowledge of Appian components, including Process Models, Records, Reports, SAIL interfaces, and Portals.

- Proven experience with Appian integrations using REST and SOAP web services.

- A solid understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL.

- Experience with the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Appian Certified Developer status.

- Experience with Appian Cloud and on-premises environments.

- Knowledge of other BPM platforms or technologies.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
