Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade business process management (BPM) and low-code applications using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Appian development, system integrations, data modeling, and enterprise application delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform.

- Build and enhance Appian Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Records, Reports, Expression Rules, and Data Fabric solutions.

- Develop scalable and reusable components following Appian best practices.

- Integrate Appian applications with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, and databases.

- Work with integrations involving ServiceNow, Databricks, and enterprise data warehouse platforms.

- Design and optimize SQL queries, relational databases, and data models for high-performance applications.

- Develop dashboards, KPI reporting solutions, and geospatial/map-based applications.

- Participate in application deployment, package management, release management, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, security guidelines, and DevOps practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and continuous process improvements.
