Job Title : Senior Appian Developer.

Location : Anywhere in India | Hybrid 3 days/week from office (Office location will be shared based on your city).

Experience : 7+ years.

Certification : Appian Level 2 and Level 3 (preferred).

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days.

Job Summary :


We are hiring a Senior Appian Developer with over 7 years of experience, including hands-on expertise in Appian BPM development.

The role follows a hybrid model (3 days/week from office), offering flexibility while working on impactful enterprise applications.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Appian BPM.


- Work with core Appian components: Records, Process Models, Interfaces, Expression Rules, Reports, etc.

- Translate business requirements into efficient Appian business flows and solutions.

- Build integrations using Web APIs, Connected Systems, Plug-ins, and other 3rd-party systems.

- Write and optimize Oracle SQL / PL/SQL queries.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage deliverables in a hybrid working environment.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in DevOps processes (preferred).

- Review and enhance existing Appian applications for performance and scalability.

- Mentor junior developers and ensure documentation is up-to-date.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in Appian BPM development.


- Appian L2 and L3 Certification preferred.

- Strong command of Appian development best practices and architecture.

- Experience with Oracle SQL / PL/SQL and system integrations.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Agile/DevOps methodologies is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup 3 days/week from office.
