Senior Animator

- Develop high-quality game assets that are both effective and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring they meet the visual standards of our top-tier games.

- Find creative visual solutions to remarkable animation challenges, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

- Adapt quickly to changes and feedback, maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced production environment.

- Stay up-to-date with current animation trends and techniques to keep our games at the forefront of the industry.

- Deliver files with detailed technical requirements, ensuring flawless integration into the game.

- Evaluate and contribute to the ongoing development of the production pipeline, modifying existing assets and crafting new ones to optimize workflow.

- Collaborate efficiently with the art team, technical artists, game designers, and engineers to achieve cohesive and engaging visuals.

- Maintain excellent file organization and adhere to established processes for asset creation, management, and output configuration.

- Perform all other duties as assigned to support the team's success.

- Develop creative designs for branding, marketing, and digital platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.

- Produce high-quality visual content adhering to brand guidelines.

- Create and edit illustrations and graphic elements.

- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.

- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.

- Conceptualize and develop storyboards and animatics for motion sequences.

- Create and animate graphics, titles, infographics, and logo stings using After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender.

- Prepare and optimize illustration, video, and audio assets for seamless animation.

- Integrate motion graphics into video edits alongside editors and sound designers.

- Refine animations based on feedback to ensure brand consistency and technical quality.

- Export final animations in required formats, resolutions, and codecs.

What We're Looking For :

- A demo reel that highlights your outstanding animation skills and creativity.

- An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not strictly required if you have proven experience.

- Experience in a production environment collaborating with development teams.

- A dedicated approach with the capability to work autonomously while being a great teammate.

- Proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop, with a strong focus on composing, motion, and timing.

- Knowledge of storyboarding and video production to successfully implement animation concepts.

- Keen focus on details and the capacity to provide and accept valuable art critiques.

- Excellent time management and communication skills to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
