Senior Angular Developer on the Experience team is part of a squad that modernizes the user experience across several isolved applications, as part of the Suite Experience initiative. The team works together on one application at a time, refreshing and elevating its interface, then moves as a group to the next. Because those applications sit on a range of technology stacks, you bring strong, transferable front-end engineering fundamentals plus real depth in at least one stack, and you are comfortable ramping quickly on the others alongside your teammates. This is a hands-on senior development role focused on improving live products where they run, not a ground-up rewrite.

Core Job Duties :

- Working as part of a squad to refresh and elevate the user interface of isolved applications, moving together from one application to the next.

- Modernizing interfaces within each application's existing technology stack, improving component structure, styling, and interaction while preserving existing behavior.

- Anchoring the work on stacks where you have deep expertise, and ramping quickly to contribute on less familiar stacks alongside teammates.

- Building modern, responsive, and accessible UI improvements with a focus on performance and consistency.

- Establishing and elevating front-end quality across the team, including component structure, CSS architecture, state management, and performance.

- Performing code reviews to ensure front-end implementations meet quality standards and follow established patterns.

- Collaborating with product management and UX design to translate experience goals into scalable technical solutions.

- Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in the UI layer, including load times, rendering performance, and client-side resource management.

- Integrating cleanly with backend services through RESTful APIs.

- Using AI-assisted development tools, including agentic coding, spec-driven development, and AI-augmented code review, as a core part of your daily workflow to maximize velocity and code quality, and to ramp quickly on unfamiliar code.

Experience :

Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.

Role & Responsibilities :

- 7+ years developing web applications.

- 3+ years developing cloud-native applications.

- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as part of professional development workflows.

- Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar codebases. Be prepared to walk through a specific example.

- Ability to work independently to research and solve complex problems, and to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Strong skills in :

- Component-driven UI architecture.

- Modern JavaScript and TypeScript.

- CSS architecture.

- Responsive and accessible web design.

- State management patterns.

- Front-end performance.

- Deep expertise in C# and ASP.NET including WebForms, Angular.

Experience with :

- RESTful API consumption and clean backend integration.

- Azure.

- SOLID principles.

- Unit and integration testing for front-end applications.

- Experience with the following a plus :

1. Modernizing a mature front-end application, including progressive web apps.

2. Working across multiple technology stacks within a single team.

3. Design system integration and component libraries.

4. Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).

5. Performance profiling and optimization tools.
