- Technical Strategy & Architecture: Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for Android applications. Build scalable, highly available, and secure solutions.

- System Optimization: Analyze, triage, and solve complex performance bottlenecks (e.g., memory management, CPU, thermal, flaky networks).

- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead through influence by driving code reviews, enforcing best practices, and mentoring senior and junior engineers to raise the technical bar.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Systems Architects, and Hardware teams to ship features using experimentation frameworks and gradual rollouts.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience: 8+ years of software development experience, with at least (5+) years dedicated to native Android application development.

- Tech Stack: Deep, hands-on expertise in Kotlin, Java, and the Android SDK.

- Architectural Knowledge: Mastery of Android architecture patterns (e.g., MVI, MVVM, MVP) and UI frameworks (Jetpack).

- Engineering Acumen: Strong grasp of automated testing suites (Espresso, Appium) and CI/CD pipelines.
